Gentle support of the bones of the head produces a natural release of tensions and truama, allowing normal function of the bodies secondary respiration sytem to return.
This technique can be extended to the pelvis and other joitns of the body to allow a non forceful release and natural alignment of the body, particularly beneficial to new mothers in recovery from labour. This gentle approach makes it suitable for all ages and in conditions when forceful adjustments are not possible.
